• You will comply with all applicable advertising, marketing, and data protection laws, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) where applicable.

Payments and Billing

Lead generation services may operate on a prepaid or subscription model. Charges may be deducted based on campaign spend and billing cycles. Payment processing charges may apply depending on the payment method used.

Content Usage License

You grant AestheticsLeads permission to use materials, branding, images, or content that you provide for the purpose of creating marketing creatives, landing pages, advertisements, or AI-generated campaign materials.

Prohibited Use

• Generate fake or fraudulent leads
• Use bots or automated systems to manipulate submissions
• Attempt to disrupt or hack the platform
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights

Lead Quality Disclaimer

AestheticsLeads provides technology tools for lead generation but does not guarantee lead quality, accuracy, conversion rates, or business outcomes.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

Intellectual Property

All software, technology, trademarks, and platform systems belong to AestheticsLeads or its licensors.

AI Generated Content Disclaimer
